Kalon Partners targets businesses with owners/operators who seek partial liquidity.  We will consider full liquidity deals for the right opportunity as well. We would like to assist you with either taking your business to the next level or in helping you create a viable legacy with a well crafted succession strategy.  We prefer businesses located in the United States that possess the following characteristics:


Consumer and healthcare products and services (especially Health and Wellness)
Participates in a niche with significant growth opportunities
Has a diverse customer base with recurring revenue streams, high percentages of repeat customers, or high contractual retention rates
Possesses a sustainable competitive advantage that may be brand, product, channel or geographically focused


$10 to $75 million of revenue 
$2 to $7 million in EBITDA 
Consistent annual cash flow (may be seasonal)
5 Years Minimum Operating History
Relatively limited capital expenditures necessary to maintain organic growth

Concentrating on health, wellness and sustainability, Kalon Partners seeks focused consumer and healthcare companies located in North America.  Kalon targets companies with between $10 million to $75 million in revenues, $2 million to $7 million in EBITDA, and enterprise values between roughly $10 million and $60 million.  We will explore slightly smaller or slightly larger deals if a company is a superior platform in a rapidly growing market. Kalon targets equity investments of $5 million to $30 million with the ability to invest more with partners if appropriate and necessary to build long-term value.
